Weiler Corporation hereby warrants that its Abrasives, Power Brushes, Maintenance Products and Polishing Accessories shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of purchase. In the event the customer reasonably becomes dissatisfied with the performance of any of Weiler's products, Weiler will repair or replace the product at no cost to the customer. This repair or replacement is contingent upon prompt written notice and compliance by the customer with instructions given by Weiler regarding the return of the product for evaluation.
